By proclamation by Principal Chief, Bill John Baker, and Deputy Principal Chief, S. Joe Crittenden, August was declared as Child Support Awareness Month on August 5, 2019. Child Support Awareness Month reminds us to honor our Cherokee families and encourage the positivity of coparenting for the betterment of Cherokee children.
